Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens! Here’s what you need to know when booking with Zam Zam Home of Beauty: * Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any penalties or result in the loss of your deposit. * Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost. * Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to settle in and prepare for your treatment. * To save time during your visit, you’re welcome to fill out your client form online ahead of your appointment.
